Note: All orders of $2000 or more are subject to phone verification before shipping. Make sure the phone number you provide is accurate, and you are available between 8am and 8pm CST,  Mon-Fri. Orders of $2000 or more will not be shipped until we receive a verbal confirmation. 

 All gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash and do not expire.

All cards can be used for rooms, dining, golf, spa and shopping at both Destination Kohler and Lodge Kohler in addition to the Kohler Waters Spas in Burr Ridge and Lincoln Park, Illinois. 

For tracking and security purposes, all Kohler Waters Spa Gift Cards are shipped via FedEx.  If you prefer to pick up a gift card the same day, please purchase the gift card directly at the Destination Kohler business.
