Orders are shipped Monday through Friday at 12:00 pm (CST). Any orders placed after 12 pm will ship the next business day.  We reserve the right to refuse service.


We are able to accept and deliver online orders in the United States, U.S. territories and International locations. All United States, U.S. territories and International merchandise has a shipping charge added to your order. FedEx is not able to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address for shipping when placing an order.  Kohler Collection is not responsible for the taxes and duties for international shipments.  We reserve the right to refuse service.

Credit Card Refunds

Kohler Collection will accept returns or exchanges for items that are in new condition and free of damage 30 days after purchase.  Credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.  Kohler Collection does not offer refunds for Physical Gift Cards or Electronic Gift Cards.  To return, please send your items back to the above address with a copy of your receipt within 30 days of purchase.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT PLUMBING RETURNS FROM KOHLER.COM.


If you need to make an exchange, please contact us via email (, via phone at 866-243-8548, or log into your Kohler Collection account and fill out a return request. Note that we can only refund or exchange items purchased online within 30 days. Items purchased from our stores at Blackwolf Run, Whistling Straits, Kohler Waters Spa, Emporium, or Scentualities, must be returned directly to the store.

KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates Shipping Guidelines

Shipping durations depend on the temperature of the order location and the temperature in Kohler, Wisconsin. If the temperature is above 70 degrees, all orders must be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air or faster. If the temperature is above 85 degrees, all orders must be shipped via FedEx Next Day Air.
