Kohler Associate Store Directions

To redeem your voucher, log in to the Kohler Associate Store.

• To access the store using a Kohler-issued device, go to:
  myKOHLER.com > myKOHLER Self-Services and click on the Associate Store tile and log in.
  
  
• To access the store using a non-Kohler device, go to:
  myKOHLER.com > log in and click on the Associate Store tile

To Redeem Your Voucher

Access the Kohler Associate (as noted on front of voucher) and go to the top of the page under HOSPITALITY VOUCHERS. Click on the package that matches the voucher (A, B, or C) and click on + for a list of merchandise categories. Choose your merchandise and click on ADD TO CART. On the green bar at the top of the screen, click on cart in View your cart. Click on +ADD COUPON in the COUPON CODE section and enter COUPON CODE from front of voucher. Click on CHECKOUT. Enter SHIPPING INFORMATION and click on CONTINUE. For SHIPPING METHOD, select INTEROFFICE MAIL ONLY. Click on CONTINUE and PLACE ORDER. Your order is now complete.

Voucher Categories

Select any item from the A category with an A voucher, any item from the B category with a B voucher, and any item from the C category with a C voucher. Two A vouchers may be exchanged for one B voucher. Two B vouchers may be exchanged for one C voucher. See your supervisor for voucher exchanges.
